Painted wall clocks

This I have thought about for a while. I’d like to make something like this in the future.

The idea is to paint a silhouette of a fancy clock on the wall, and hang a regular plain clock as the timepiece. Like this:

If you don’t want to paint on your walls, or want to be able to move it, you could paint a thin plywood (or even cardboard) board black and cut it to the shape.

This was somewhat inspired by this concept.
